Into the Garden Fundraiser
We’re throwing a backyard party that promises so much fun and adventure, it may even make your neighbors jealous. On Monday, June 16, we’re inviting kids, grandparents, parents and nannies all over the city to our exclusive “Into the Garden” party and fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for a morning packed with activities.
“Into the Garden” is a private event planned by Chair Marisa Huckin, so attendees will have special access to the Children’s Garden that day. The event lineup includes a puppet show, Gallery Guides to help explain the garden’s galleries, music and photographers available to take family photos for purchase.
Our in-house mascots Stump the Tree, Betty the Bee and Earl the Educated Eagle will also be “bringing the party” and entertaining little ones. Stop for a refreshment from the Children’s Adventure Garden Cafe by Two Sisters in between activities.
And remember, fundraiser supporters will benefit from reserved parking in the Camp House and Children’s Garden Lots, as well as from adventurous tram rides from the Camp Lot to help lighten your load.
The best part is that every penny of the proceeds will go right back into our Children’s Garden programs. We’re coming up on one year since we unveiled the beloved garden to the public, and we’re excited about sharing the beauty and educational enrichment the garden offers for many years to come.
Make your reservations for “Into the Garden” online now by clicking here.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children. You also have two options for purchasing family tickets: Family $50 (up to five tickets from one household, children and adults), or Contributor $100 per family (up to five tickets from one household, children and adults).
