On Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, pick out a patch of grass and lay down your blanket for an afternoon of live music. Kids not interested in sitting still? Drop by the Children’s Adventure Garden, where your little ones can enjoy story time, our newest puppet show, Finding My Way Home in the Glade Puppet Theater at 10:30AM and 11:30Am and Rockin’ Art.
On Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, enjoy the music of children’s singer/songwriter Eddie Coker, performing two shows (11AM and 2PM) at the Martin Rutchik Concert Stage and Lawn. Then bring your kids to the Children’s Adventure Garden, where they can participate in activities such as Amazing Race: Dirt Edition, and so much more!
The gardens have never looked better due to the rain. Come experience breathtaking and vibrant floral displays at every turn. A cornucopia of beautiful seasonal plantings will be on display for the special Summer at the Arboretum feature Flower Houses: Fairy Tales with a Texas Twist.
